Imagine an ASOIAF spin-off set in Yi-Ti where:

1) Tony Leung is the god-emperor of Yi-Ti who is trying his best to keep the empire together but is eventually betrayed and killed by his political enemies.

2) Gong Li is the god-empress who has to take over the throne after Tony Leung is killed, which puts her on the path of becoming a vengeful monarch.

3) Michelle Yeoh is the conniving royal who wants her family to rule Yi-Ti.

4) Simu Liu and Ellen Wong are the royal siblings that are fucking each other.

5) Ming-Na Wen is the honorable royal who is trying to stop Michelle Yeoh’s family from taking over.

6) Daniel Wu is the badass knight who protects the god-emperor and god-empress.

7) Ludi Lin is the handsome prince who you think will be the protagonist but gets killed in either season 2 or 3 because he foolishly thought he could ignore traditions.

8) Donnie Yen is the douchebag royal who is always choosing violence and wants to make a spectacle of everything (so…Daemon).

9) Ke Huy Quan is Yi-Ti’s Littlefinger/Varys.

Optica is a clean and simple theme with tons of customizations. It sounds impossible, but it’s true. Layouts, colors, fonts: Everything is up for grabs. Optica can transform into anything you want—as long as what you want is a blog.

Overview

Documentation

Header Image

If your avatar is a picture of your face, your header image is what you see when you close your eyes. It should say, “yeah, this is who I am.” Or at least what your blog’s about. If you don’t like the way the header image looks on your blog, you can play with the “sliding header” and “stretch header image” settings or turn it off altogether.

Avatar

Since your avatar is the most familiar part of your Tumblr appearance, we thought it’d be nice to include it on your blog. But if you don’t like it, that’s cool too. You can hide it from your blog settings and it’ll only be used on the Dashboard.

Blog title design

There’s something like 12 trillion different combinations of fonts and colors. Play around until you land on one that’s all yours.

Background and accent colors

There are no wrong colors.

Disqus shortname
